General Shipping Info:

ALL orders are made then shipped in 2 weeks from the purchase date unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs varies from item to item, weight and packaging is taken into consideration.

All items are made in the U.S. and shipped from San Diego, CA via USPS.

Combined Shipping is offered. Please contact us if you're intending to purchase multiple items for a PayPal Invoice.

Once an item is shipped we can not be held liable for the condition or safety of packages, unless insurance is purchased at request of the buyer. We do our best to ensure packages are safe before dispatch.

Domestic Shipping:

Packages will arrive 1-3 additional business days from the date of dispatch.

A tracking number is always provided via a PayPal sent emailed notice after dispatch (for U.S. orders only).

If you are outside of the U.S. and would like a tracking number with your order please contact us for additional additional fees and details.

International Shipping:

Buyers outside the U.S. please contact us for international shipping rates and PayPal invoice. International shipping typically arrives within 8-16 business days via USPS first class mail.

If you are outside of the U.S. and would like a tracking number with your order please contact us for additional fees and invoice. Tracking is available through express international mail at $40.00 flat rate, $32.00 for Mexico and Canada

 Payment & Process:

We will begin working on your order after we receive a cleared payment.

We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and money orders.

ALL orders are made then shipped within two weeks from the purchase date unless further noticed.


About the items:

All clothing is black unless otherwise pictured.

Everything is brand new.

Cancelling orders:

Items begin processing as soon as your payment is made and cleared. It is crucial that you contact our customer service team through email within 1 hour of purchase to cancel the order. If the 1 hour limit is up, certain circumstances should still be submitted pending approval.


Returns:

 Made to order items can not be returned.

Returns are within permitted within 7 days of you receiving the item, providing that the item is faulty and has not been tampered with to negative effect. We only accept returns on faulty items. Original shipping costs, and return shipping costs will not be refunded. Returns/exchanges will not permitted for custom work.


(Orders may only be cancelled within 5 hours. As we will begin processing and making your item immediately. Funds will be taken from your payment to purchase necessary materials.)

Custom Orders:

Would you rather something be a t-shirt, sweater, tank top, a dress, have it shredded or distressed, or even an entirely different color? Just email us and we can discuss your order. Then email you a customized PayPal invoice. For different garment options the pricing will differ. Returns/exchanges will not permitted for custom work.
